HOMELESS & HUNGRY MINISTRY is organized under California’s Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law and operates for charitable purposes as a recognized 501(c)(3) with EIN 82-3735949.

Specific purpose: community outreach providing food, hygiene, and clothing support to those in need.

• No substantial part of our activities involves lobbying or political campaigning.
• Assets are irrevocably dedicated to charitable purposes.
• Upon dissolution, remaining assets go to a similar 501(c)(3).
